Barb Bergmans, Aquus Co-Founder/Personal Trainer

Barb’s well rounded knowledge of weight management, holistic health and specialized fitness training make her an excellent resource for those wanting to improve their health. She educates, mentors and trains clients who want to achieve a healthy body and lifestyle.

Since Barb began working in fitness and nutrition in 2003 she has earned certifications for the following: fitness trainer, fit wall/vertical training level 1 and 2, exercise and diabetes, healthy lifestyle management, weight management, program design, holistic health practitioner and herbal remedies.

Zachary Ridgeway

Zac is a certified Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has also received his Bachelor's of Science in Clinical Exercise from Grand Valley State University.

Zac is known for his ability to motivate clients to achieve their fitness and personal goals and his skills in sport specific training, weight management, and specialized training for clients with chronic diseases. He is also no stranger to hard work, and has been a competitive athlete most of his life in football, wrestling, and track. Now he annually competes in all natural bodybuilding shows and is focusing on taking his bodybuilding career to the next level.
